06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

08 - 1/4 cup arugula (optional)

# How-To Steps:
01 - Heat grill to medium-high, around 400°F. Ensure grates are clean and well-oiled.
02 - Brush sliced peaches with olive oil and grill for 1 to 2 minutes per side until lightly charred and softened. Transfer to a plate.
03 - Brush both sides of flatbreads lightly with olive oil. Grill each side for 1 to 2 minutes to heat and crisp. Remove and set aside.
